Refunds and cancellations

Subscription

The subscription is billed once a year through our payment provider, Whop, and renews automatically at the end of each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account (Memberships) before the renewal date. After cancelling you are not charged again, and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.

If the service does not work for you, contact arslanahmedkhawaja@gmail.com within 14 days of a payment, including a renewal payment, for a refund.

Training

Cancellations or changes to a training booking should be made in writing to arslanahmedkhawaja@gmail.com. Any cancellation charges, and the dates after which they apply, are stated in the booking confirmation. A participant may be replaced by a colleague at no charge before the course starts.

If we cancel

If we cancel a course, you can move to another date or receive a full refund of fees paid for it.
